“Britannia repaired substantial damage caused when two large oak trees fell on my house during an unusually severe winter storm in February 2017. The house is an architecturally-designed custom building with some 120-degree angles, making the repairs more challenging. Repairs were intentionally delayed until summer to avoid additional water damage. Once started, repairs advanced in a timely fashion, with workers arriving as scheduled. Every Britannia worker on this job was highly skilled, meticulous, and motivated to do a good job. They also were pleasant, cooperative, and good communicators.
